This is an iconic piece which is only ever attempted by the most skilled of performers and we have that person coming to St Mary-at-Finchley.

Renowned keyboardist Stephen Farr will perform J.S. Bach’s Goldberg Variations, one of the most profound and celebrated works in the keyboard repertoire. Composed in 1741, the Goldberg Variations unfold through a captivating journey of intricate canons, lively dances and expressive character pieces, showcasing Bach’s unparalleled mastery of form and invention.

There has already been a lot of interest in this event so, if you intend to come, please arrive early and be prepared to donate generously – seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
