Join us for a unique opportunity to hear from Jodie Edwards, the lead architect behind our Give Me Shelter Church and Churchyard project — a transformative £1.3 million initiative funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund to repair and restore the roof of our beloved Grade II* listed church.
Discover how this ambitious project will preserve our historic building for future generations, enhance its role as a hub for community life and uncover stories hidden in the rafters.

Why not arrive early on Sunday 14 September and participate in a Heritage Tour at 2pm and our Art Exhibition of Finchley landmarks by artist Mari I’Anson? Round off the day with our Choral Evensong at 6pm featuring organ scholar Macie Sutherland and the choir of St Mary-at-Finchley. In the morning, we have our Patronal Festival at 10am with lunch served in the hall after the Eucharist – all are welcome!
