A Walk to Keep us Running

At St Mary-at-Finchley, we host our Winter Shelter for the homeless every Sunday during Cycle 1 and we provide use of our halls for St John’s Whetstone to host the Night Shelter every Sunday in Cycle 2. It costs Homeless Action in Barnet (HAB) £10 per guest per night to co-ordinate the provision.

An intrepid group of walkers, including our own Lindsay Hettrick, will walk from Whetstone to Finchley Central and back north. The group will follow a 4.5 mile route, visiting some of the Night Shelter venues, to raise money for HAB – please support Lindsay! St Mary-at-Finchley will be providing a light lunch for the walkers.
