A chance to shop early and fairly for Christmas
Stock up with fairtrade cards and gifts at our upcoming stall on Sunday, October 22. Please join us in the main hall during coffee time from 11.20am to 1pm. Help yourself to a cup of fairtrade coffee and a fairtrade biscuit before browsing the Christmas goods on offer.
St. Mary-at-Finchley has been a designated fairtrade church for many decades and fairtrade coffee is always on offer during refreshment time. Our popular stall is held twice a year – in readiness for Easter and Christmas – and offers a wide range of goods which support some of the poorest communities in the world.
A full range of Christmas cards and calendars with chocolate Advent calendars will be on sale, alongside produce and beautifully made Fairtrade gifts. There will be brochures available advertising a wider range of Fairtrade goods with relative information about growers and manufacturers from all over the world.
Look forward to seeing many of our faithful Fairtrade shoppers and, hopefully, some new ones. The goods are always very popular and proceeds support some of the world’s poorest people.
Look forward to seeing many of our faithful shoppers – and lots of new ones.
