How much did we raise?

Thank you to all those who supported the Give me shelter! Church and Churchyard Project Gift Day last Sunday 1st October.

DRUM ROLL, PLEASE…
We’re excited to share that we have not only met, but EXCEEDED our Gift Day fundraising goal of £10,000… and raised a total of £32,058!

More news about fundraising will be communicated to you all at coffee on Sunday 29 October but, in the meantime, please don’t forget to support our fundraising concert at St Mary-at-Finchley on Saturday 14th October 6pm.

Please also note that the application deadline for the jobs advertised at the bottom of this newsletter is Thursday 12th October.

Sharing St. Mary’s fascinating history so it is accessible locally, nationally and internationally.

Who is needed and what type of skills?

  • People to help with researching, typing and photography.
  • People with educational, music and gardening skills.
  • History and genealogy enthusiasts and writers.
  • Walkers, runners (and dogs) to test the routes & report back.
  • Someone to set up a survey about the routes on Survey Monkey.
  • Someone to contact schools about the walking routes.
