Alison Smart Fisher invites you to a concert of French Song at
Burgh House on Wed. 25th Sept at 7.30pm (ends 9.10pm). Tickets are £22 each. Alison will donate £5 to the St Mary-at-Finchley Church and Churchyard Appeal for each ticket sold to members of St Mary-at-Finchley. Alison will be singing French songs by female composers, setting female poets. Her duo partner is pianist Katharine Durran. The first half includes Chaminade, Viardot, Lili Boulanger, Nadia Boulanger et al, and in the 2nd half you’ll hear 10 brand new songs which Alison has commissioned. Don’t worry they won’t hurt your ears. They are all very lyrical and beautiful additions to the song repertoire. Burgh House is a lovely venue. See you there!
